SEC-B2 // BUILD LOG // OCT 16 TO 18, 2026

How this was built

I made this site with a team of agents that I designed myself. We built it in a single weekend.

This page is the receipts: who was on the team, how a round worked, and what happened when, straight from the git history.

R-01 // THE CREW

Four chats, each with one job.

The strongest model plans and reviews. The cheaper ones do the work. Each chat stays small, so it stays quick.

R-02 // HOW A ROUND WORKS

  1. 01
    BRIEF

LEAD writes one that stands alone: the goal, where things are, which files to touch, the exact wording and a "done when" check.

  2. 02
    BUILD

A worker does the job and replies with a short DONE listing what changed.

  3. 03
    CHECK

Screenshots get taken and checked, and LEAD reviews.

  4. 04
    FEEDBACK

I look at it and I'm blunt. That goes into the next brief.

R-03 // THE RUN

Real times from the git history.

  1. FRI 17:43Kickoff

The team rules and project brief go into git, and the clock starts.

  2. FRI 18:20First sections built

A theme system and the first four sections of the old plan come together.

  3. FRI 18:45First footage

Three slow-motion NASA launch loops arrive, with credits.

  4. FRI 20:37Mockup v7

After six mockups, the layout I wanted finally looks right on paper.

  5. FRI 21:22Stage 1 port

The mockup becomes a real page, in Anton, Barlow and Space Mono.

  6. FRI 22:54Soft restart

The page is well-made sections that don't add up to a journey, so I call a restart for the morning.

  7. SAT 08:51Scroll-craft brief

I answer the skill's questions, and the page becomes structured like an EDM track.

  8. SAT 09:21Home page rebuilt

Seven beats, from Ignition to Pale Blue Dot, plus the Mission Log HUD and The Rig.

  9. SAT 10:34Music chapter

The Errorist synthwave section and the KERSIV genre grids go in.

  10. SAT 11:46Round 3

Hero fixes, the no-fade rule, brand colours and the footage placed.

  11. SAT 12:27Round 4

A Life section with nature timelapses, and the tone pass applied.

  12. SAT 12:44Round 5

Listening charts on sample data, and the Earth zooms out to a dot.

  13. SAT 12:50Drawn Earth

Continents are drawn from real coastline data, with a pause before the zoom.

  14. SAT 12:52Pages copy

The copy for this page, the credits, the 404 and the blog goes to BUILDER.

R-04 // BY THE NUMBERS

R-05 // WATCHTOWER

Running this many chats gets confusing fast, so I built a small dashboard called Watchtower. It reads the logs Claude Code already saves on my computer, nothing is uploaded, and it shows how full each chat is and what's passing between them.

It's a personal project on my own account, and the code stays private.

The Watchtower dashboard: a grid of Claude Code chats with live context percentages, message threads, limit clocks and cost by role.
Watchtower, running on my own machine.

The agents can build almost anything. Deciding what not to build is still a person's job.
